A Seasoned Medical Professional
Dr. Gagarawa’s impressive credentials include his previous role as Head of Surgery Department at the National Hospital Abuja and Head of the Division of Laparo-Endoscopic Surgery. He is a fellow and examiner of the West African College of Surgeons and a Medtronic Trainer at the Centre for Simulation, Laparoscopy and Endoscopy in Istanbul, Turkey.
Academic Achievements
Dr. Gagarawa graduated with an MBBS from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, and an MSc in Surgical Skills (Laparoscopy and Endoscopy) from Queen Mary, University of London, UK. He also holds a diploma in Minimally Invasive Surgery from the University of Pisa, Italy, and a certificate in leadership and management from the London School of Economics.
